Cinzia Sofia (PhD Universita degli Studi di Bologna) works on natural risks assessment, food security, resilience and desertification.
Her PhD thesis was on geomorphological aspects of coseismic activity in the 2012 Emilia (Italy) earthquakes. In 2017 and 2018 she was a research assistant for the exPERts project, using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to map the PER in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.
